The Walnut Club - The Michelin star-aspiring Walnut Club is one of the UK’s first strictly Organic Restaurants, based in Hathersage in the breathtaking and stunning Peak National Park, on the outskirts of Sheffield. The venue hosts live popular Jazz / Crooner style music on a Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evening. (Advisable to book well in advance for Saturdays) Traditional Organic Sunday Lunch is available all day on Sunday. Dronfield Sports Centre - The Sports Centre located in the Civic Centre is one of the finest in the county. The complex includes a 25-metre swimming pool and a learner pool. Two sports halls cater for aerobics, archery, athletics, badminton, basketball, bowling (shortmat), dances, discos, exhibitions, five-a-side football, gymnastics, ju jitsu, karate, keep fit, punch bag, roller skating, short tennis, table tennis, trampolining, and volleyball. In addition there are squash courts, a sauna suite with steam room and multi gym, public cafeteria and bar.
